Salads are probably my favorite meal to have for both lunch and dinner. In this category, you can find all kinds of salads. From simple and light salads that are great for lunch or as sides, to heartier, more filling salads with a good serving of grains and protein.
My favorite salad, especially in summer and fall, is definitely this Greek Potato Salad with Feta. So good!
