    Chia Pudding

    This category has a variety of chia pudding recipes. All of them are vegetarian, some are vegan, and most of them are gluten-free!

    Chia pudding is made by mixing chia seeds with liquids in a 1:3 ratio.

    There are endless flavor variations you can make, and it's a great meal prep breakfast. If you have lots of busy and/or early mornings and you're not usually very hungry, but still want to eat something, chia pudding is perfect for you!

    It also makes a great snack! 1 serving of chia seeds (2 tbsp or 1 oz) has about 5 grams of protein.
