I love finding new music so I decided to create a new monthly segment on the blog where I share my current favorite songs and compile them into a workout playlist for each month. Most of the songs I listen to are somewhat fast paced and positive anyway so it’s only fitting I put them all together into a Spotify workout playlist
Fun fact: I actually choose Apple Music over Spotify 99% of the time (I only use Spotify for songs that aren’t on Apple Music) but it was a no-brainer to create a Spotify playlist since it’s easy to share and you can listen to the songs right on this page. There are 25 songs which is almost an hour and a half of music for you to choose from so whether you’re doing a quick 15-minute workout or going for a run for an hour, I’ve got you covered! ;)
I’ve gotten into the habit of looking up new music on Youtube these last few months and I’ve been finding so many great songs I wouldn’t have found any other way. If you want, I’ll share with you my favorite music related Youtube channels in next month’s playlist post.
