Skinny Pina Colada? YES! Anyone who knows me knows I don't drink much, never have. So if I'm sharing an alcoholic drink on here, you know it has to be one I really enjoy.
In May, I shared my absolute favorite - a Classic Mojito sweetened with Agave instead of brown sugar, and today I'm sharing my second favorite, a healthier and lighter version of the classic Pina Colada that's gonna make you feel like you're sitting on a beach, even in your backyard!
I don't know about you but summer vacation is all I think about these days. What I realized is that even though we can't travel much right now, we can still make the most of our summer with the right activities (and drinks!). Sipping a refreshing cocktail on a hot summer day on a balcony? Yes please! Making a big pitcher for a party? Yesss!
You can't go wrong with Pina Colada during summer! I really like this one because it's lighter than a regular classic Pina Colada. It's made with light coconut milk and sweetened with only Agave syrup. It's super creamy, sweet, and really refreshing.
