Oh hi there! I'm sorry about the radio silence on here lately. These past few weeks have been pretty hectic — well, at least on those days that I wasn't marathon watching Gilmore Girl (first time watching it and totally obsessed - anyone else finds Netflix a great way to ignore your responsibilities?).
I've been testing, developing, shooting, and editing recipes like crazy in preparation for my big move to Canada. So far I have 16 recipes I already shot to edit and if all goes well, I'll manage to shoot about 6 more. That leaves me with enough recipes to post twice a week until the beginning of July. I'll probably end up posting other stuff too so they'll most likely last me even longer. I really want to stick to a schedule (starting next month) and post 2 posts a week so that requires some preparation especially when I'm going to be moving across the world. The fact that if I only posted 1 recipe a week I'd be all set until mid-September gives me the peace of mind I need.
To give myself time to edit instead of writing out a recipe post, I'm sharing with you today 25 Vegan Breakfast Recipes from all over the internet. I tried to find a wide selection of healthy vegan breakfast recipes ranging from sweet baked goods, oatmeal, and pancakes to savory dishes like hash browns, tofu or chickpea scramble, cream cheese, and waffles. My personal favorites are this Chocolate Banana Babka and these Potato and Leek Waffles - I really need to try these! I also added three recipes of mine to the mix (shameless self-promotion): Dark Chocolate Orange Zest Granola, Sour Cherry Chocolate Oatmeal, Chocolate Chia Parfait with Cashew Cream and Strawberry Jam.
