Description

This Sugar Cookie Martini is an easy and delicious festive cocktail for the holiday season. You can make it as an individual cocktail or multiple the ingredients by how many servings you need and serve it in a pitcher!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz amaretto
  • 1 oz Baileys
  • 1/2-1 oz Sugar Cookie Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz cream or creamer (I used unsweetened dairy-free creamer)
  • Handful of ice
  • Garnish: whipped cream, sprinkles, a small sugar cookie, or a 1/4 of a large cookie (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of your martini or coupe glass in agave and dip in sprinkles. Set aside.
  2. Add vodka, amaretto, Baileys, sugar cookie syrup, and cream to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add a handful of ice and shake the cocktail vigorously for 10 seconds until very cool and frothy.
  4. Strain the drink into your prepared glass and garnish with a small dollop of whipped cream, more sprinkles, and a small sugar cookie.

Notes

Sprinkles rim: If you don’t have agave, you can also use frosting instead. It helps the sprinkles to stick better and stay in place but I used agave syrup because I never have frosting on hand.

Pitcher measurements for 8 servings: 8 oz vodka, 4 oz amaretto, 8 oz Baileys, 4 oz sugar cookie syrup, 12 oz cream or creamer. Mix with ice right before serving or serve over ice.

The nutritional info is only an estimate and counted with cashew milk creamer.
