Description

This Rosemary Simple Syrup is made with just 3 simple ingredients and it's ready in 15 minutes! It's perfect for cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, or iced teas!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Add cane sugar, water and rosemary to a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer the syrup for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the rosemary and transfer it to a glass jar. Allow to cool completely before closing with a lid.
  6. Store in the fridge for 2 weeks.

Notes

Fridge: Store the syrup in an airtight jar in the fridge for two weeks.

Freezer: Pour into ice molds and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
