This Rosemary Simple Syrup is made with just 3 simple ingredients and it's ready in 15 minutes! It's perfect for cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, or iced teas!

- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Add cane sugar, water and rosemary to a medium saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
- Lower the heat and simmer the syrup for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Remove the rosemary and transfer it to a glass jar. Allow to cool completely before closing with a lid.
- Store in the fridge for 2 weeks.
Notes
Fridge: Store the syrup in an airtight jar in the fridge for two weeks.
Freezer: Pour into ice molds and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
