Mango Cherry Smoothie

Recipe by Veronika Sykorova

This Mango Cherry Smoothie is light, refreshing, and easy to make year-round! It has 5 base ingredients with an option to add superfoods and takes 5 minutes! You can serve it for breakfast or a snack. It's vegan, gluten-free, and has no added sweetener!

  • Total Time5 minutes
  • DietVegan

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp camu camu powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp pomegranate powder (optional)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. (I always recommend adding liquids first, then powders, and lastly frozen fruit.)
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!

Notes

The smoothie is best enjoyed right away, but if needed, you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 day.

If you add any powdered ingredients, I recommend adding them after the liquids and before the frozen fruit. This prevents them from flying up and sticking to the walls of the blender when you start blending.

The nutritional info is only an estimate and it's counted without any protein powder.
