Description
This iced white chocolate mocha is easy to make and just as delicious as your favorite Starbucks order!

- 1-2 tbsp white chocolate chips or white chocolate
- 2 shots espresso
- Ice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
- Optional: cinnamon, whipped cream, melted white chocolate, white chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Add white chocolate chips to a small heatproof glass or cup.
- Brew two shots of espresso over the chocolate chips and stir until melted. Optionally, you can use a handheld milk frother if the chocolate doesn’t mix with the coffee easily. Stir in a dash of cinnamon if desired.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and set aside.
- Add vanilla to the oat milk and stir.
- Optionally, you can froth the milk using a cold setting on your milk frother or use a handheld milk frother.
- Pour the espresso with white chocolate over the ice and slowly pour in the milk to make two layers.
- Top with whipped cream and melted white chocolate or white chocolate shavings if desired and enjoy!
Notes
Melted chocolate: Use a double boiler (a heat-proof glass bowl over a pot with almost boiling water. Make sure the water doesn’t touch the bowl.
Chocolate shavings: The easiest and quickest method is to use a box grater on the smaller side. A box grater won’t make proper chocolate curls but it does the job and it’s super easy!
