Description

These Garlic Parmesan Green Beans are crispy, cheesy, and perfectly garlicky! They're simple enough to be served as a side dish for a weeknight dinner but they're also fancy enough to be added to your holiday table as well!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb green beans, ends removed (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (or other cooking oil)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 4 lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F (220C).
  2. Add the green beans to a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle them with avocado oil and toss to coat.
  4. Roast the green beans in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Take them out, sprinkle with minced garlic and parmesan, and toss to coat.
  6. Roast for 10 more minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Storing: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. The green beans will lose their crispiness once they cool down.
