Description
These Garlic Parmesan Green Beans are crispy, cheesy, and perfectly garlicky! They're simple enough to be served as a side dish for a weeknight dinner but they're also fancy enough to be added to your holiday table as well!

- 1 lb green beans, ends removed (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil (or other cooking oil)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 4 lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F (220C).
- Add the green beans to a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle them with avocado oil and toss to coat.
- Roast the green beans in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Take them out, sprinkle with minced garlic and parmesan, and toss to coat.
- Roast for 10 more minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Storing: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. The green beans will lose their crispiness once they cool down.
