This French-Fry Seasoning is the best seasoning blend for potatoes! It's smoky, garlicky, and a little spicy. Ready in just 10 mins!
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper (add less if finely ground, or based on preference)
- 2 tbsp fine sea salt (optional)
- 1-2 tsp chipotle powder
Instructions
- Add all spices and herbs into a jar or a bowl.
- Shake or whisk everything together until well mixed.
- Store in an airtight jar at room temperature for up to 6 months.
Notes
The spice will keep best in a cool dry place away from sunlight at room temperature, not in the fridge.
