Christmas Spice Blend

This spice blend beats gingerbread spice for me. Perfect for any sweet winter recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tbsp + 1 Tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp ground star anise
  • 2 tsp ground anise seeds
  • 2 tsp ground coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all the spices in a mason jar, cover with a lid and shake till combined. Store at room temperature away from heat for 1-2 months.
