This spice blend beats gingerbread spice for me. Perfect for any sweet winter recipe.
Ingredients

- 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tbsp + 1 Tsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp ground star anise
- 2 tsp ground anise seeds
- 2 tsp ground coriander seeds
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground fennel seeds
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Place all the spices in a mason jar, cover with a lid and shake till combined. Store at room temperature away from heat for 1-2 months.
