Blueberry Cherry Smoothie

This Blueberry Cherry Smoothie is creamy, sweet, and so refreshing! It has 7 simple ingredients and takes just 5 minutes to make! You can add protein powder and serve it as a light breakfast or as a refreshing snack! It's vegan, gluten-free, and has no added sugar!

Ingredients

  • 3/4-1 cup coconut water (or any milk)
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (I used wild blueberries)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to use your blender's tamper to help it blend.
  3. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!

Notes

The smoothie is best enjoyed right away, but if needed, store the smoothie in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 day.
