4-Ingredient Guacamole

This 4-Ingredient Guacamole is the easiest and the best guacamole you'll ever make! It's really simple, flavorful, creamy, and so delicious! Add it to wraps, sandwiches, salads, bowls, or as a dip!

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 lime, juiced (1 tbsp lime juice)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the avocados to a medium bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir everything together until well mixed. Add more sea salt, pepper, or lime juice to taste.
  4. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Notes

Optional add-in/swap: 1 grated clove of garlic 

The best way to keep your guacamole from browning is to keep it covered with no air touching it. Put it into a small container and cover it with plastic wrap making sure it touches the guacamole and there aren’t any bubbles. This prevents air from getting to it which prevents it from browning.
