Vegan Coconut Bacon

What you need: Coconut flakes Tamari Avocado oil Maple syrup Liquid smoke Onion powder Garlic powder Smoked Paprika

Preheat your oven to 300F. Mix everything in a large bowl and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Bake the coconut bacon in the oven for 20-25 minutes tossing 2-3 times.

Add the bacon to salads, bowls, wraps, or eat on its own!
