Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Creamy Cilantro Sauce

What you need: Quick pickled red onion Creamy cilantro sauce Pico de Gallo Shredded cabbage Shrimp Avocado oil Garlic powder Onion powder Chili powder Smoked paprika Ground cumin Dried Thyme Sea salt Tortillas

Make the quick pickled red onion.

Blend together avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro, parsley, garlic, and lime juice to make the creamy cilantro sauce.

Make pico de gallo (salsa fresca).

Toss shrimp with oil and spices to coat well.

Cook shrimp on a large pan for 2 minutes on each side.

Warm up your tortillas at 300F (150C) for 5 minutes and toss the shredded cabbage with the cilantro sauce before serving.

To serve, add creamy slaw, pico de gallo, spicy shrimp, and pickled onion to your warm tacos and drizzle with more creamy sauce.
