Simple Smashed Potatoes

What you need: Small (New) potatoes Avocado oil Sea salt Pepper Garlic powder Onion powder

Parboil your potatoes and smash them on a baking sheet using the bottom of a glass or a cup.

Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder on both sides and drizzle with avocado oil.

Roast the potatoes at 425F for 20 minutes until crispy and golden.

Serve the potatoes on their own with a dip or as a side with a protein of choice.
