Roasted Garlic Hummus

What you need: Chickpeas Tahini Lemon juice Roasted Garlic Ice cubes Pine Nuts Olive oil Sumac

Drain and rinse canned chickpeas and add them to a food processor.

Pulse the chickpeas a couple times to blend into a coarse paste.

Add tahini, lemon juice, roasted garlic, and sea salt.

Process until smooth and add more tahini, lemon, garlic, or sea salt to taste.

Add ice cubes or ice water and process until smooth and fluffy.

Garnish with olive oil, toasted pine nuts, more roasted garlic, and ground sumac. Serve with pita chips.
