Radicchio Clementine Salad

What you need: Olive oil Sherry vinegar Maple syrup Shallot Radicchio Clementines Fresh parsley Toasted almonds Salt & pepper

Mix olive oil, sherry vinegar, shallots, salt, and pepper to make sherry dressing. 

Add radicchio, clementines, roasted almonds, and fresh parsley to a large bowl.

Toss everything with the sherry dressing and serve.
