Quinoa Chickpea Salad with Avocado Dressing

What you need: Quinoa Cucumber Bell peppers Cherry tomatoes chickpeas Feta Kalamata olives Avocado Greek yogurt Lime juice Fresh cilantro Fresh parsley Garlic Salt and pepper

Add avocado, yogurt, herbs, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add all the veggies, quinoa, feta, and olives to a large bowl.

Generously drizzle with the avocado dressing and toss.
