Quick Pickled Red Onions

What you need: Red onion Water Sherry vinegar Champagne vinegar Maple syrup Sea salt Picking spices

Thinly slice red onions. I recommend slicing them stem to root.

Add water, vinegars, maple syrup, salt, and any spices you're using to a pot and bring to a simmer.

Stuff sliced onions into a mason jar.

Pour the hot pickling liquid over the onions and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
