Oven Roasted Garlic

What you need: Garlic Olive oil

Careful cut off the tops of the garlic head so the cloves are exposed.

Drizzle the garlic with olive oil, wrap in foil and roast in the oven for an hour.

Garlic should come out perfectly caramelized and roasted.

You can use roasted garlic anywhere you would use regular garlic!
