Leek Zucchini Egg Skillet

What you need: Avocado oil Leek Zucchini Garlic Tamari Dried rosemary Dried thyme Eggs Sea salt, pepper

Cook chopped leek with avocado oil for 2 minutes. Add zucchini, rosemary, thyme, tamari, and garlic, and cook for 10 mins.

Make spaces for the eggs on the pan and crack them into those spots. Cook for another 10 minutes until eggs are set.
