Lavender Blackberry Jam

What you need: Blackberries Water Maple syrup Lavender extract Agar agar flakes

Simmer blackberries with water and maple syrup. Add agar agar and cook for 5 more minutes.

Let the jam cool down and store in an airtight jar in the fridge.

Try it on toast, pancakes, or crepes! Delicious anywhere you'd use store-bought jam.
