Iced Matcha Chai Latte

What you need: Maple syrup Fresh ginger Cinnamon Cardamom Cloves Fennel Coriander Black Pepper Vanilla extract Matcha powder Water Almond milk

Mix maple syrup, water, and chai spices, vanilla extract and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Strain the syrup and let cool.

Add ice to tall glass and pour in frothy almond milk.

Add chai syrup.

Mix matcha and hot water and pour it over the milk.
