Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

What you need: Brussels Sprouts Avocado oil Sea salt, pepper Sriracha Honey Tamari Rice vinegar Garlic Tapioca starch Fresh parsley

Roast brussels sprouts at 425F with oil, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes.

Simmer sriracha, honey, tamari, rice vinegar, and garlic for a few minutes. Add tapioca starch slurry and cook for a few more.

Add the glaze to the brussels sprouts and toss to coat well.

Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.
