Hibiscus Margarita

What you need: Dried hibiscus Cane sugar Ice Tequila Cointreau Lime juice Hibiscus bitters

Boil water and add dried hibiscus tea. Steep the tea to make a concentrate.

Add cane sugar to the tea and simmer until slightly thickened.

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker along with hibiscus syrup and a handful of ice.

Shake the cocktail and strain over ice into your prepared glass. Garnish with lime.
