Healthy Peanut Butter and Jelly Chocolate Cups

What you need: Dark chocolate Unsweetened peanut butter Maple syrup Flaky sea salt Raspberry Jam

Mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and sea salt.

The mixture will be thick and creamy. Set aside.

Add melted chocolate to mini muffin cups and move it around to cover all sides. Let the chocolate set in the fridge.

Add peanut butter mixture leaving a little bit of space for the jelly or jam.

Add a small dollop of raspberry jam to each cup.

Cover every cup with the remaining melted chocolate and garnish with more flaky sea salt. Let set in the fridge.
