Gluten-Free Gingerbread Cookies

What you need: Gluten-free flour Powdered sugar Cacao powder Gingerbread spice Baking soda Eggs Honey Dark rum

Mix together the flour, sugar, cacao, gingerbread spice, and baking soda.

Add eggs, honey, and dark rum. Kneed the dough until it comes together well. 

Bake cookies at 350F for 15 minutes or until golden. Brush with egg wash after baking and decorate.
