Gingerbread Granola

What you need: Rolled oats Pecans Pumpkin seeds Cinnamon Ginger Allspice Cloves Nutmeg Sea salt Coconut oil Maple syrup

Mix oats, nuts, pumpkin seeds, and all spices in a large bowl.

Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and mix well. Spread out on a baking sheet.

Bake the granola at 325F for 30-40 minutes stirring a few times throughout baking.

Serve gingerbread granola with milk, yogurt, fruit, or on its own as a snack!
