Frozen Vegetable Stir Fry

What you need: Basmati rice Frozen vegetable mix Tamari Oyster sauce Rice vinegar Mirin Toasted sesame oil Chili garlic sauce Dried parsley Garlic powder Tapioca starch

Rinse your rice a few times until the water runs clear. This prevents it from sticking.

Cook the rice covered for about 10 minutes, fluff with a fork, cover and steam for 5 minutes.

In a large skillet cook the vegetables from frozen for 5-10 minutes. Make the sauce while they're cooking.

Whisk together tamari, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, toasted sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, dried parsley, and garlic powder.

In a separate bowl mix together tapioca and water and add it to the sauce.

Add the sauce to the vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes until the sauce thickens.

Mix the rice into the vegetables and sauce and serve immediately.
