Egg and Sausage Breakfast Burritos

What you need: Tortilla wraps Eggs Vegan sausage Baby spinach Feta cheese Sun-dried tomatoes Avocado Pickled red onion Hot sauce

Crumble the sausages and sautee them with avocado oil. Scramble the eggs and prep the rest.

Layer all your toppings in the middle of the tortilla and drizzle with hot sauce or ketchup.

Fold over one side towards the middle. Fold the sides towards the center and roll into a burrito.

When ready to eat, warm up your burrito for about 15 mins in the oven at 350F.
