Pineapple Pico de Gallo

What you need: Pineapple Roma tomatoes Cilantro Red onion Jalapeno Lime Sea salt Pepper Tajin

Peel and chop the pineapple into small bite-sized pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, roma tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, and fresh cilantro.

Add freshly squeezed lime juice and season with salt, pepper, and tajin if desired. Toss well.
