Croissant Breakfast Sandwich

What you need: Cooking oil Turkey bacon Eggs Sea salt and pepper Garlic powder Butter Fresh chives Croissants Cheddar cheese Guacamole

Cook turkey bacon in a large skillet with a little bit of cooking oil for a few minutes.

Cook soft scrambled eggs in the same pan with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and butter. Add fresh chives at the end of cooking.

Slice your croissants in half, add grated cheddar, and cooked turkey bacon.

Add soft scrambled eggs on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 5 minutes.

Add guacamole or mashed avocado to one side of the croissant and close.

The croissants are best served immediately while they're still warm.
