Creamy Roasted Garlic Hummus

What you need: Chickpeas Tahini Roasted Garlic Lemon Ice cubes Pine Nuts Olive oil Sumac

Drain and rinse chickpeas and add them to a food processor.

Process the chickpeas into a coarse paste.

Add tahini, roasted garlic, lemon juice, and sea salt.

Process until smooth and add more tahini, lemon, garlic, or salt to taste.

Add ice cubes (I used mini ones) or ice water and process until smooth and fluffy.

Ready to plate! 

Garnish with olive oil, toasted pine nuts, more roasted garlic, and ground sumac. Serve with pita chips.
