Cilantro Lime Rice

What you need: Rice Butter Water Bay leaf Fresh cilantro Lime zest Lime juice

Rinse the rice and toast it lightly with butter. Cook with a bay leaf for 30 mins. Remove it from the heat and steam for 10 mins.

Add chopped fresh cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, and stir to combine.

Great for burrito bowls, salads, or served as a side. Just like Chipotle!
