Cilantro Lime Brown Rice

What you need: Brown rice Butter Water Bay leaf Fresh cilantro Lime juice Lime zest

Rinse the rice and toast it lightly with butter. Cook with a bay leaf for 30 mins, take off heat and steam for 10 mins.

Add lime, lime zest, and chopped fresh cilantro and gently toss.
