Chocolate Covered Dates with Nut Butter

What you need: Medjool dates Nut butter Chopped dark chocolate Coconut oil (optional) Flaky sea salt

Pit the medjool dates and stuff them with your nut butter of choice.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil and dip the stuffed dates in it and drip off before trasfering to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the dates with flaky sea salt and trasfer to the fridge or freezer to set.
