Chimichurri Sauce

What you need: Fresh parsley Fresh cilantro Fresh oregano Shallots Garlic Chili pepper Red wine vinegar Olive oil Sea salt

Finely chop the herbs and add them to a bowl or a mason jar. I usually like to chop them very finely.

Add chopped shallot, chili pepper, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and sea salt. Mix well.

Serve on fish, sea food, bowls, salads, or simply on toasted bread.
