Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • handful frozen mango (1/2 mango)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups coconut water (2 young Thai coconuts - or you can use almond milk/water)
  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate powder (optional, or sub with a handful of fresh pomegranate seeds)
  • pinch cinnamon (optional)
  • 1-2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1/2 tsp chlorella powder

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Serve in a glass or in a bowl topped with berries, nut butter, seeds, nuts, or anything else you like.
