Description
This Sugar Cookie Latte is easy to make, creamy, and tastes just like sugar cookies! You can make the latte both hot and iced and it's vegan-friendly.

- Handful of ice
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar Cookie Syrup
- 2 shots espresso
- Whipped cream (optional)
- 1 tsp sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice ¾ way up.
- Froth your oat milk (optional) and pour it over the ice.
- Add sugar cookie syrup.
- Brew two shots of espresso and pour them over the milk.
- Top the latte with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use store-bought syrup like Monin but I highly recommend making your own for the best flavor.
- Sugar cookie syrup: Simmer 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Take it off the heat and stir in 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp butter extract, and ½ tsp almond extract.
- Hot latte: You can also make a hot version of this latte by skipping the ice and warming up your oat milk.
