Description

Get ready to jumpstart your day with this sweet and healthy pink pomegranate smoothie! Perfect for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. I recommend adding the liquids first, it always makes it easier to blend everything together.
  2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Storing: Whenever you’re storing a smoothie, try to find a jar that’s the perfect size for it. The less space there is, the less air can be in the jar, and the longer the smoothie will stay fresh.
