Pineapple and Spinach Smoothie

This Pineapple and Spinach Smoothie is perfect for getting some extra greens into your diet. It's refreshing, tropical, and you won't even notice the spinach!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water or milk of choice
  • A large handful of baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 serving protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add everything into a high-speed blender. It’s best to add liquids and the spinach first to help everything blend better and avoid pieces of spinach in your smoothie.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Enjoy right away.

Notes

Although the smoothie is best served right away, you can store any leftovers in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
