Description

Cool off this summer with homemade pineapple popsicles! They're super easy to make with just 3 ingredients. The perfect tropical summer dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, peeled, core removed, and chopped
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp tajin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add chopped pineapple, lime juice, and agave syrup to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. Pour the blended pineapple into popsicle molds and strinkle with tajin if desired.
  3. Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each popsicle and transfer the molds into the freezer.
  4. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  5. To take the popsicles out of the molds, run them briefly under running hot water and gently pull them out.
  6. Store the popsicles in a freezer-safe ziplock bag in the freezer.
