- 1 pineapple, peeled, core removed, and chopped
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 1 tbsp tajin (optional)
Instructions
- Add chopped pineapple, lime juice, and agave syrup to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth. Pour the blended pineapple into popsicle molds and strinkle with tajin if desired.
- Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each popsicle and transfer the molds into the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- To take the popsicles out of the molds, run them briefly under running hot water and gently pull them out.
- Store the popsicles in a freezer-safe ziplock bag in the freezer.
