Frozen Mojito

Recipe by Veronika Sykorova

Frozen Mojito is the perfect cocktail for a hot summer day! It comes together in a few, and it's beautifully bright green!

  • Total Time5 minutes
  • Yield1 1x
  • DietVegan

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tsp cane sugar (or any other sweetener - maple syrup, agave, coconut sugar, etc.)
  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • 1 heaping cup ice
  • A lime slice and a string of mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add white rum, lime juice, sugar, mint leaves, and ice to a highspeed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with a lime slice and fresh mint leaves.

Notes

This drink is best enjoyed right away. I don't recommend storing it. You may be able to freeze it and re-blend it but I always like to make it fresh!
