Description

This Cucumber Lemonade is a fun twist on the classic lemonade and it's also very similar to cucumber agua fresca. It's the perfect summer drink!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (2-3 lemons)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: lemon slices, cucumber slices

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber if not organic and add it to a highspeed blender with 1 cup of water.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. Strain into a bowl or a jug through a fine mesh strainer. Make sure to press on the pulp to get as much juice out as possible.
  3. Pour the cucumber juice into a large jug, add lemon juice, agave syrup, and stir to mix well.
  4. Add ice and garnish with cucumber and lemon slices.
  5. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Notes

Storing: Store the lemonade in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
