This Creamy Sesame Dressing takes just 5 minutes to make with 9 simple ingredients. It's creamy, tangy, and a little spicy. Drizzle it over salads, rice bowls, roasted vegetables, roasted salmon, and more!

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use avocado oil mayonnaise, or sub Greek yogurt)
- 2 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 4 tsp tamari (or soy sauce)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp gochujang sauce (sub chili garlic sauce or any hot sauce)
- 1/2 tsp ginger juice or minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a jar or a bowl.
- Whisk until everything is well combined.
- Add more toasted sesame oil or tamari to taste if needed.
- Drizzle over your salad right away or store in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
Storing: Store the dressing in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
