Description

This Creamy Sesame Dressing takes just 5 minutes to make with 9 simple ingredients. It's creamy, tangy, and a little spicy. Drizzle it over salads, rice bowls, roasted vegetables, roasted salmon, and more!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use avocado oil mayonnaise, or sub Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 4 tsp tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp gochujang sauce (sub chili garlic sauce or any hot sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger juice or minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a jar or a bowl.
  2. Whisk until everything is well combined.
  3. Add more toasted sesame oil or tamari to taste if needed.
  4. Drizzle over your salad right away or store in the fridge until ready to use.

Notes

Storing: Store the dressing in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
