Cranberry Maca Baobab Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 4-6 Medjool dates (its manageable at 4 but 6 is best if you want it to stick together easily)
  • 1 tbsp baobab powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder (or extract)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and process until it all comes together and it's easy to form small balls with it.
  2. Take the mixture out of the food processor and start forming small balls. Store in an airtight container either in the fridge for a week or the freezer for a month.
