Description
This Blueberry Mojito is a refreshing blueberry twist on the classic summer cocktail. Mocktail version is included!

- 15 fresh mint leaves (a small handful)
- 1 lime, chopped
- 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 2 oz white rum
- ice or crushed ice
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: fresh mint, a slice of lime
Instructions
- Add fresh mint leaves, chopped lime, blueberries, and cane sugar to a tall glass.
- Use a muddler to muddle everything together well.
- Add white rum and stir with a cocktail spoon.
- Fill the glass with ice and top up with sparkling water carefully to create an ombre effect.
- Garnish the mojito with fresh mint and a slice of lime and serve with a straw. Stir before drinking and enjoy!
Notes
Mocktail version: You can make a mocktail version of this drink by either using a non-alcoholic spirit that mimics the flavor of rum or you can leave it out altogether and add more sparkling water instead. I like to use flavored unsweetened soda to give it a little more flavor like LaCroix or anything similar. You can also add homemade syrup for extra flavor like this Blueberry Simple Syrup.
