Description
This Blueberry Lemon Smoothie is sweet, tangy, refreshing, and extra creamy! It comes together in just a few minutes and it's delicious served both for breakfast or as a light snack.

- 1 cup almond milk (or other milk or coconut water)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional, I like using unflavored protein powder)
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Adding all wet ingredients first helps the smoothie to blend.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Serve in 1-2 glasses garnished with slices of lemon if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
The smoothie is best enjoyed right away but you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 day if necessary.
